Isolated to Go on Blog Tour

A couple of months ago, I had the privilege of participating in Kellyn Roth’s blog tour for the first two books in her Chronicles of Alice and Ivy. I had a front row view to how she managed and organized it – or at least the parts where she interacted with her hosts. Though she (probably) didn’t know it, I paid close attention. After all, my own blog tour was fast approaching and I have never done this before!

That brings us to the Isolated blog tour!

I first mentioned this some time ago when I unveiled the cover. Now the tour starts in a month, God willing, and it’s time for me to get serious about finding bloggers who would be so kind as to host me. If you don’t know what a blog tour is and/or if you would like to host me on your blog, click here. I’ll explain what I mean when I talk about a blog tour (and then give you an opportunity to join in).

If you’re reading this, Kellyn, thank you for putting your techniques out there for me to study. 😉 I was impressed with your organizational skills.

  1. Thanks for the mention, Jordy! I really appreciate it. I always feel like I’m making a mess of things whenever I organize something like that, but it’s good to know you didn’t think so! Maybe I’m too much of a perfectionist. 😀

I haven’t been around much … okay, I haven’t been around at all. But I’m slowly returning to the land of the blogging! I went ahead and signed up for my book blog, Reveries Reviews (which I’m working on rebooting). Hope you don’t mind? I do hope to get a lot more traffic on their as I follow a plan I just wrote up to try to get it out there. 🙂

    1. My pleasure. And perhaps you’re just your own worst critique, sometimes finding faults where they don’t relly exist.

And what do you mean “if you don’t mind”? Thank you so much for participating! It’s a great encouragement if nothing else, but I’m sure it also helps heaps in the way of exposure. 🙂

      1. Well, I hope so! I 😛

Well, RR doesn’t generally get as much traffic as Reveries … so that was why I said that. But, yep, I am making RR my project for the rest of the summer, so hopefully I’ll be able to get more traffic by the time your blog tour comes around. 🙂

  2. I’m excited for you, Jordy! I hope the tours goes well. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can be part of it, but I can mention it next time I post, if that’s any help!

    1. That would be very kind of you, if you get to writing the post and still feel that it’s appropriate to mention there. 🙂 It might not be, and that’s fine, too. Thanks so much for all your support!
